The Department of Health Systems and Population Heath has offices in two locations on the University of Washington campus:

Finding the Offices
From the S-1 parking lot, access to the H-wing and Health Systems and Population Heath is through the courtyard just east of the parking kiosk (Gate 6). Ascend the outside stairs between the K & H wings and enter the building through the doors on the right side of the courtyard. Take the elevator to the 6th floor.
Note: The 6th floor of the H-wing does not connect directly to the other wings.Driving Directions
From I-5
Take exit 169 and drive east on NE 45th Street, approximately 1/2 mile, to 15th Avenue NE (the NW corner of campus). Turn right on 15th Avenue NE and drive south crossing the Pacific Street intersection. Continue one block south, following the road as it veers left, to the parking kiosk (Gate #6) to purchase a parking permit and get directions.
From I-90
Take the I-5 exit north. Drive past downtown Seattle, then follow the directions above for I-5.
From SR-520
Take the Montlake Boulevard exit. Drive north on Montlake Boulevard crossing the bridge. At the first light after the bridge, turn left onto NE Pacific Street. Drive west approximately 1/4 mile and turn left on 15th Avenue NE. Continue one block south, following the road as it veers left, then stop at the parking kiosk (Gate #6) to purchase a parking permit and get directions.
Parking
The nearest lot to the Department of Health Systems and Population Heath is the S-1 lot across from the Health Sciences Building. Stop at the parking kiosk (Gate #6) to purchase a permit and get directions.

Driving Directions
From I-5
Take Exit 169 and drive east on NE 45thSt., Approximately 1/2 mile, to 15th Avenue NE (NW corner of campus). Turn right on 15th Avenue NE heading south.
For parking - Use the Central Plaza Garage. The entrance is located on 15th Ave NE and NE 41st on the left. Stop at the gatehouse to obtain a parking pass.
HRC will be on the left side of 15th Ave just south of 40th/Stevens Way.
From I-90
