Diana O'Day, PhD

Diana joined the Doherty lab in 2011 after graduating from the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences at the University of Texas at Houston in 2010 with a PhD in Developmental Biology. As a member of the Joubert Research Program, Diana is involved in the identification of genetic causes for Joubert Syndrome in our cohort and focuses on modeling the disease using induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) established from patient fibroblast cell lines. On weekends, she enjoys the finer things in life, such as bacon.
