Cate Lockhart was awarded an Elmer M. Plein Endowed Research Fund grant from the UW School of Pharmacy for her proposal “Function and Epigenetic regulation of Cytochrome P450 CYP4V2”. She will be investigating the role of microRNAs in the regulation of CYP4V2, the gene associated with Bietti’s Crystalline Dystrophy.
