ConclusionThere are several areas that this presentationdoes not cover. For example, 
        it is possible to use a non-Unicode savvy application such as Dreamweaver 
        4.0 for Mac (non-OS X) to create sophisticated Unicode web pages by pasting 
        Unicode text into the Dreamweaver document and manually specifying the 
        UTF-8 encoding. It will look like gobbledygook in Dreamweaver, but will
