The donkey of Aldar Kosa.

Among the people there is a saying: "A poor is hounded by a dog, even if he is sitting on the camel." One day it was raining and Aldar Kosa was mounting a donkey not a camel, and was coming home, and he was also plowing two donkeys, which were burdening in font of himself. He came to the village Alimkent, which was nearby Samarqand, at midnight. Alimkent's people never thought about their public services, and the streets were always swamp, which they lived.

In the middle of the bazar the donkeys of Aldar Kosa sank into the swamp. Even, Aldar kosa called people to help him, but nobody liked to get out from their warm quilt and to help him. The slumber of Alimkent's people was very solid(durable). The swamp pulled inside the donkeys itself. Aldar Kosa could only save barely himself, and from burdens he could only save one sack of haricot bean.

Until morning the donkeys sank into the swamp and only their ears were seen. Aldar Kosa started to cry.

Suddenly at that time the rich man Jonboy was coming from Samarqand. He asked aldar Kosa:

- "Hey, Aldar Kosa what are you doing here?"

Aldar Kosa answered:

- "Good morning, brother. I am taking a rest," and he told himself: "May your ears be left under your body."

Jonboy asked him and was surprising:

- "Are there ears of donkey see from the swamp?!"

Aldar Kosa:

- "Yes, I planted the donkey."

Jonboy:

- "What?"

Aldar Kosa:

- "I planted three seeds of donkeys yesterday, and they are growing up now."

Jonboy was shocked:

- "I know that, it is possible to plant seed of the rice plant, the wheat and the cotton plant, but I did not hear about to plant seed of donkey."

Aldar Kosa showed him the ears of donkeys, which were seen from the swamp, and told him:

- "Do you have eyes? The donkeys are growing up."

Jonboy:

- "When will they grow up and when it will possible to mount and to burden them?"

Aldar Kosa:

- "It will be after a month, and stop asking me I am fed up already. Go and don't stop on your way!"

Aldar Kosa said himself: "Die rather than live."

Jonboy:

- "Do you have the seeds of donkey?"

Aldar Kosa laughed and leaned his mouth, and showed him the seeds of haricot bean, which was in the sack.

Jonboy's greediness got renew and he thought about to grow up a flock of donkeys from the seeds, which showed Aldar Kosa, and he asked him:

- "Please, sell me the seeds of donkeys, too."

Aldar Kosa did not like to sell many times and made trade a lot. Finally, Jonboy purchased the sack of haricot bean for ten chevron(lit: a five ruble gold coin of Czarist Russia) and added his horse too.

Aldar Kosa mounted Jonboy's horse and hit the horse with the whip, three-four time, and got away.

Jonboy was sitting along the rood and he was waiting for growing up the donkeys.

According to rumors, Jonboy is still sitting there and waiting for growing the donkeys.
