Copies of transcripts&nbsp;are accepted directly from the applicant\u2019s department, if the department maintains these items and wishes to submit them on behalf of the applicant.<\/p>\n<p>You can submit scanned or digital copies of transcripts directly through\u00a0the online\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/depts.washington.edu\/mbtguw\/apply\/application\/\">MBTG Application<\/a>\u00a0under Part II: Proposal and Supporting Documents.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on \u201cUpload MBTG Application Documents\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Enter the applicant\u2019s name and email address (a confirmation will be sent to the applicant)<\/li>\n<li>Check the box to indicate that you are not the applicant<\/li>\n<li>Enter your name and email address<\/li>\n<li>Click on the\u00a0\u201cUpload a File\u201d button and select your file(s).\u00a0 A single pdf is preferred, but the form will allow you to upload multiple separate files before submitting.\u00a0 It is helpful if the file name contains the applicant\u2019s last name and the content of the file (Example: \u201cLee_undergrad_transcript.pdf\u201d).<\/li>\n<li>When you have uploaded your file(s), click \u201cSubmit\u201d<\/li>\n<li>A\u00a0confirmation email will be sent to you at the address you provided<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you have questions please email mbtguw@uw.edu.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Submitting documents in support of your student\u2019s application to the Molecular Biophysics Training Program Applicants to the Molecular Biophysics Training Program are asked to submit copies of all their college level transcripts, including their&nbsp;UW transcripts.&nbsp;
