    1. Autumn Lab Rotation
      -Register for MCB 599 Introduction to Research in Molecular and Cellular Biology
      (Variable credits:  minimum 2 and maximum 9)  Entry code:  MCB Office
      -Conduct research project and participate in journal club and Rotation Lab Meetings
    2. Participate in MCB Tutorial
      -Register for MCB 514 Molecular and Cellular Biology Tutorial
      (Non-Graded Credits: 2)  Entry Code: MCB Office
      -Seminar with emphasis on grant writing, literature review and oral presentation
    3. Take Elective Courses
      (Graded credits: 3-5 recommended)
      -Select courses from the Area of Interest Model Curricula
    4. Autumn Quarter Credit total:  13
    5. Attend and Present at Rotation Talks  on the last Tuesday of the quarter
