I am excited for this next chapter in my life, but I am also a tetraplegic that needs assistance getting up in the mornings and getting to bed at night. Between the erratic hours that clerkships require and a shortage of care providers, I have found myself in dire need of help.<\/p>\n<p>I am looking to hire and pay for a Care Provider ($18.50\/hr + possible credits) for the following shifts: Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday night shifts from 7-9\/10 pm and fill in shifts as needed (these would be covered by multiple positions, not just one person).<\/p>\n<p>Shifts would include helping to get me dressed\/undressed and into my chair or bed as well as light housekeeping and meal prep. I use a Hoyer for transfers and I am, at least in my own opinion, pretty easy to get along with!
