The application consists of a general scholarship application and five additional prompts for specialized funding opportunities.\u00a0Apply here: <em><a href=\"https:\/\/urldefense.com\/v3\/__https:\/forms.office.com\/r\/kgDAsADSX9__;!!K-Hz7m0Vt54!lwzQNB1wq_F3bYQk-49JmQz4UvTkdh1px-56L-MaWQ82EPR4YvYDxYC_iWHCawDY2C5HHo0vaSWvrhab8q9cqN7My0SikA$\">https:\/\/forms.office.com\/r\/kgDAsADSX9<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We encourage students with financial need and who are historically underrepresented in the field of social work to apply.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Scholarship applicants must be:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"1\">\n<li>Currently enrolled in a&nbsp;UW (Seattle Campus) MSW\/BASW Program&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In good academic standing at the close of Spring quarter 2024<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Planning to be enrolled in Autumn 2024&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Applicants do&nbsp;<em>not&nbsp;<\/em>have to be a US Citizen or resident. International and undocumented students are encouraged to apply.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Students who have multiple quarter assistantships (e.g., GSAs covering tuition with stipend and benefits) or recipients of WDI, WSW, or CWTAP grants for 2024\/25 are&nbsp;NOT&nbsp;eligible for additional funding.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Application Deadline: May 12<sup>th<\/sup> by 11:59 pm (PST).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><u>Additional funding information:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>FAFSA\/WASFA \u2013 Financial Aid:<\/strong> Due to FAFSA delays, applicants who completed a FAFSA or WASFA can expect to receive financial aid awards (loans, grants) via email from the UW Office of Student Financial Aid within the next month. If you plan to be enrolled during summer quarter, you\u2019re encouraged to complete the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.washington.edu\/financialaid\/applying-for-aid\/summer-quarter\/\">application for summer financial aid<\/a><\/strong>.
