My name is Caleb and I am a UW student currently living at the Sherwood Cooperative. Sherwood is the only student housing co-op in Washington State, located right here in the U-District!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our house is looking for new graduate-level roommates\/members for the upcoming school year, and we were wondering if you would be willing to share these links and our flyer with your students? Undergrads are also welcome to apply, however, our current priority is with graduate students. We are also looking for summer sublets! We host open house dinners every Friday for anyone interested in learning more about Sherwood. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A quick description of our cooperative for students who don’t know: We are a group of college students ranging from sophomores to graduates. We own and maintain the house we live in by ourselves, which has been passed from student to student for more than 50 years! Unlike other forms of student housing, Sherwood is an intentional community. We are like a little family sharing the food in the house, making dinner for each other, and working as a collective to keep the house running.
