Raphaëlle Simonet is a visiting Master's student from EPFL in Switzerland. She is joining the Mountain Hydrology Lab to study the relationship between snowpack characteristics and diurnal streamflow dynamics in the Tuolumne River Basin, California, using streamflow observations and airborne lidar snow-depth data. In her free time she can be found in the mountains hiking or backcountry skiing, or wandering around art museums for far too long.
