Anthony Billet

former B.S. student (2017)

Anthony Billet grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and joined the Research team as a 4th year Civil Engineering Major in 2016. Anthony is most interested in the effects of climate change and weather patterns on snow as a water resource. Avalanche Mechanics also fascinate him, as he is an avid snowboarder and wants to become more involved in backcountry snowboarding. Anthony is in charge of the mountain hydrology web page as well as keeping inventory in the field office.

Outside of the research group, Anthony spends his free time snowboarding in Lake Tahoe or the Cascades, kayaking, hiking, playing video games, and playing any team sports he can.
