There are two versions of the toolbox, one that runs within Matlab and one that runs as a standalone program. The standalone version requires that you install the Matlab Runtime Environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The current release of the toolbox (v2.9) contains the 3 graphical user interfaces (GUIs).  These include the SPECTRAGUI for working with spectral data, the IMAGEGUI for working with Image data, and the ZCORRECTORGUI for working with 3D image depth profile data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The links below provide pages with descriptions of the feature list for each GUI:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/depts.washington.edu\/nesacbio\/wordpress\/nbtoolbox-spectragui-information\/\">Information about the Spectragui<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/depts.washington.edu\/nesacbio\/wordpress\/nbtoolbox-imagegui-information\/\">Information about the Imagegui<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/depts.washington.edu\/nesacbio\/wordpress\/nbtoolbox-zcorrectorgui-information\/\">Information about the Zcorrectorgui<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The current version of the NBToolbox has been tested and is being developed in Matlab 2024b.   I cannot guarantee that it will work in newer versions of Matlab since Mathworks is constantly making changes that break code written in previous versions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The SPECTRAGUI should run on any fairly modern PC. The IMAGEGUI and ZCORRECTORGUI also require the Matlab Image Processing Toolbox For best performance the IMAGEGUI should be used on a high end PC. The more memory and faster CPU the better.
