Establish a Supervisory Committee 2nd Last Day of Autumn Quarter
First Annual Supervisory Committee Meeting 2nd Last Day of Winter Quarter
Pass General Examination; 18 graded credits (400-500 level) 2nd Last Day of Spring Quarter 2nd yr.
Annual IDP Form/Progress Report 3rd, 4th, 5th Prepare this for discussionĀ at scheduled Annual Committee Meeting. Required once each academic year. Deadline last day of Spring Quarter.
Annual Supervisory Committee 3rd, 4th, 5th Deadline last day of Spring Quarter. Reviewed IDP/Progress report due to Neuro office within two weeks of Annual Committee Meeting.
Annual Faculty Evaluation (by faculty) 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th Neuro office will collect from faculty via Catalyst Survey. Due two weeks after last day Day of Spring Quarter.
Establishing Reading Committee 4th, 5th 2 Months before Dissertation Defense
Full Draft of dissertation to Supervisory Committee for review 4th, 5th 6 Weeks before Defense
Request for Warrant for Final Examination 4th, 5th 3 Weeks before Defense
Dissertation Defense/Final Exam 4th, 5th Normally End of 5th year
