Exercise doesn’t need to be hard. Aim for the moderate intensity rule - you can talk but not sing while exercising. And, balance cardio, strength and balance activities.

Standing

  1. Toe and Heel Lifts

Balance

  1. Stand feet together

  2. Stand heel to toe

  3. Stand and reach forward, to side

  4. Marching in place

  1. 30-60min a day

  2. 2-3 times a week,
