Nutritional Sciences Seminar

This weekly seminar series, held in Autumn and Winter quarters, examines emerging issues in food and nutrition as they relate to personal and public health. The seminar is open to all UW faculty, staff, and students. Students can register for this 1-credit course as NUTR 400 (undergraduates) or NUTR 500 (graduate students).
