Are You Safe Sleep Savvy? A Teaching Tool for Reducing Infant Sleep-Related Deaths 

This is an interactive teaching tool from the National Institute for Children's Health Quality helps health professionals engage families in conversations about the importance of safe sleep and what it looks like in practice.

The video shows eight different scenes and asks viewers to identify safe and unsafe behaviors in timed segments. Explanations and recommendations are provided for each scene so that participants gain knowledge and insight as they progress through the video. The video is designed to be viewed by caregivers sitting side-by-side with physicians, nurses, home visitors and other public health professionals who can review any questions and discuss best-practices.
