Are you interested in applying to the Informatics program? Please join EOP Advisor Linda Ando and the Informatics Advising Team to learn how to write a strong personal statement. In this workshop, you’ll learn tips on how to improve your writing skills, how to unpack application prompts, and get feedback from your peers.
- Please review the most recent Informatics Program Overview session prior to the workshop to learn more about our program prerequisites, application process and resources available to you as a prospective student.
- Priority Registration: RSVP to Linda Ando (EOP) at riziki@uw.edu by Sunday, Feb.28th 12noon – earlier is recommended.
- Include your Full Name, Student ID # and Cell Number & Session Date Request 3/2 (Tues) or 3/3 (Weds) (Limited Space, Register Early!)
After you register, you will receive an e-confirmation zoom link and personal statement worksheet. Participants will need to complete the worksheet before the workshop to get most out of the session – it will help to get you started with the personal statement writing process.
