The Writing Skills Assessment (WSA) Workshop

WSA Workshop 2022:

The Writing Skills Assessment (WSA) Workshop is a collaboration between the Instructional Center (IC) and Undergraduate Diversity Services (UDS) office designed to support EOP-eligible students applying for the Foster School of Business.

• Materials covered for WSA Workshop: Test logistics, descriptions of the two types of writing tasks and practice examples, a mock WSA exam with a score and 1 on 1 feedback, personal statement support and the discussion of best practices and test-taking strategies.

Writing Skills Assessment (Winter 2022) All sessions are from 3:00pm-5:00pm

Attendance is REQUIRED at all workshop dates. Location TBD

• Friday January 7^th: Persuasion Task
• Friday January 14^th : Position Task
• Friday January 21^st  : Personal Statement
• Friday January 28^th  : Proctored Mock Exam
• Friday February 11^th : Summation + Final WSA Tips
