Using the Subject Studies form

The Subject Studies form is a central "hub" you can use to navigate to all subject clinical records. Double-clicking on a subject's name in the Subject List form will open the Subject Studies form.

The form is divided into multiple tabs. If there are more tabs than will fit at one time on the form, use the arrow tabs to uncover all the selections.

Two tab selections, Papilloma History and Subject Info, open the appropriate forms directly (only one record exists for each subject in the Papilloma History table and the Subject table). The other tab selections deal with multiple related-records that appear in lists.

Selecting the Exam\Treatment tab will display the list of available records in the PapillomaExam_Treatment table.

If the Papilloma Exam_Treatment record includes a treatment, the type of treatment is part of the item name. Double-clicking on a list item will open the appropriate record. You create a new record by selecting New Exam\Treatment.
