Entering Universal ID

The Entering Universal ID field on the Add Subject Records form should be reserved for a unique ID that can identify duplicate subjects entered by multiple sites in a multi-center trial. Note that using a Social Security number for this ID in the United States can be subject to legal limitations. This field can be automatically formatted by the administrator (see Setting Universal ID format).
