Updating the Subject List

When running Otobase in a multi-user environment, a number of users may be entering data at the same time. To make sure that all recently entered records are present for all users, you can force an update of the subject list.

To update the Subject List

From the Subject List, hold down the Shift key while selecting Subjects > Subject List Criteria.
On the confirmation dialog, click Yes and any new data you entered will now appear in the subject list.
