Comorbidity Info

Information concerning the major comorbidity indexes can be edited using this Preferences item. This information is displayed in a dialog that users can view while filling out a Health and Comorbidities form. First, select the type of comorbidity index from the pop-up list, then add or change the text on the Modify Comorbidity Info form. You can also import this information as a TRANSFER type document (see Importing TRANSFER documents).
