Practitioner Liaison Specialists (Your Epic BFF)

The primary focus of the PLS program is to provide embedded, customized, and customer-oriented support to identify and advance EHR usability and productivity issues to lessen practitioner burnout and improve morale. The PLS team will provide regular on-site rounding to all clinical areas (inpatient and ambulatory) for practitioner support. The PLS team will also be using Epic reports and dashboards to proactively identify practitioners, services and clinics with opportunities to improve their efficiency and productivity and provide them customized at the elbow support. In addition, individualized, small group, and large group training in Epic optimization and efficiency are available by request.
