Last week, students are the University of Washington were pleased to hear a PacTrans-sponsored seminar delivered by Professor Junyi Zhang, from Hiroshima University. The talk was titled, Life-Oriented Behavioral Research for Urban Policy – A Focus on Mobilities. Dr. Zhang explores quality of life through an extremely broad lens, considering domains suck as residence, neighborhood, health, education, work, family life, recreation, leisure and tourism, finance, and travel behavior. He presented on a number of different projects, both ongoing and recently completed. PacTrans would like to extend a big thanks to Professor Zhang for coming and speaking with us.
