Summer Hires in Pierce County
Excellent opportunity to work with a team of dedicated traffic engineering professionals with Pierce County Planning and Public Works – Traffic Engineering. You will get a firsthand learning experience with traffic data collection, design of traffic control devices, review of plans, and traffic operations. The successful candidate will work in a team environment and make contributions in these areas, in a dynamic and fast-paced organization. This opportunity will involve a good mix of office and field work.
This is a summer extra hire position, 40 hours per week. The schedule is typically Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, but some schedule flexibility is possible. Hourly pay rate will be discussed during the interview process. There are two positions available.
