Barbara Ivanov, who since 2003 had been acting as the director of the Freight Systems Division at the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT), has recently been named Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the University of Washington’s Supply Chain, Transportation and Logistics Program (SCTL).
