PacTrans’ STAR Lab Mobile Sensing Group is Back in the News
Research funded by PacTrans and the Washington State Department of Transportation on the development of mobile sensing technology is in the news again as the team has successfully patented the technology. For more background on the various aspects of this research see the following articles:
Commuting to Work: In 2010, a reported 72.17% of Oregon State drivers drove alone to work, while 10% used car pools and 4.22% used public transit.
