These neutralizing antibodies were highly effective against B.1.1.7 (Alpha), B.1.351 (Beta), and P.1 (Gamma) variants. The levels of antibodies produced by those receiving the Pfizer-BioNTech booster following AstraZeneca were similar to those among persons who received two doses of Pfizer-BioNTech.
