The VITROS\u00ae Anti-SARS-CoV-2 Total and IgG assays, and an in-house fluorescence reduction neutralization assay, were used to test samples. 63% of donors had detectable neutralizing titers, while 25% had neutralizing levels that dropped to an undetectable titer over time.
