If the Executive Order were implemented earlier, greater numbers of infections and deaths would have been averted (12% more reduction in infections and 13% in deaths if 1 week earlier; 29% in infections and 32% in deaths if 2 weeks earlier).<\/p>\n<p><i>Shen et al.
