Within the group caring for COVID-19 patients, SARS-CoV-2 cumulative incidence was highest among those working on COVID-19 wards (26%), as compared to ICUs (7%, HR=3.6), and the emergency room (8%, HR=3.3). Phylogenetic analyses on COVID-19 wards identified multiple potential HCW-to-HCW transmission clusters, while no patient-to-HCW transmission clusters were identified.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i>Sikkens et al.
