However, treatment with a combination of bamlanivimab and etesevimab, another monoclonal antibody, significantly decreased SARS-CoV-2 viral load at day 11 compared to treatment with placebo. Nine patients reported hypersensitivity reactions, including 6 who received bamlanivimab, 2 who received the combination treatment, and 1 who received placebo.<\/p>\n<p><i>Gottlieb et al.
