Only two participants (0.04%) tested positive for SARS-CoV-2 RNA. Among 56 families with at least 1 seropositive child or parent, the risk of a seropositive parent and seronegative dyad was 4.3 times higher than the risk of a seronegative parent and seropositive child dyad.
