Undiagnosed seropositivity was highest among those who were younger (ages 18-45, 5.9%), women (5.5%), Black\/African American (14.2%), Hispanic (6.1%), and urban residents (5.3%). Seropositivity was higher in locations where there were early outbreaks. During the first wave of infection over the spring\/summer of 2020, 4.6% of adults were estimated to have had a prior undiagnosed SARS-CoV-2 infection.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i>Kalish et al.
