In adjusted analyses, severe-critical COVID-19 was associated with increased risk of cesarean birth (aRR=1.6), hypertensive disorders of pregnancy (aRR=1.6), and preterm delivery (aRR=3.5) compared to women with asymptomatic SARS-CoV-2 infection.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i>Metz et al.
