These conclusions were based on a community-based surveillance study of 120 SARS-CoV-2 convalescent patients, which found that sustained functional humoral responses were mostly observed in individuals who had antibody titers to the SARS-CoV-2 receptor binding domain (RBD) that were above a certain threshold.
