This figure included seroprevalence due to both immunization and infection.<b> <\/b>Seroprevalence in unvaccinated people was highest in London and among members of racial and ethnic minority populations. Vaccine confidence was at 92%, though lower among young people and those of Black ethnicity. Seroprevalence was at 84% among those receiving a single dose of the Pfizer vaccine and under 60 years of age, with a decreasing trend in older age groups.
