Vaccine efficacy was similar (60%) when residents with prior SARS-CoV-2 infection were excluded. The retrospective cohort study determined that 97 cases of SARS-CoV-2 infection occurred during the outbreaks, including 40 (41%) at facility A and 57 (59%) at facility B.
