Compared<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0to confirmed COVID-19 cases and deaths<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0CLI visits appear to rise and peak well in advance\u00a0of\u00a0both confirmed cases and deaths<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.
