The positive sample\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">was collected<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0on the day of symptom onset<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. S<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">amples 2 days prior and 12 and 14 days later were negative<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">viral<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0culture of th<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">e positive<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0sample was negative<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. In a separate analysis, replication-competent virus\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">was added<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0to\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">breastmilk from uninfected women<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. After\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Holder pasteurization, a process commonly performed by donor milk banks<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, these samples were all RT-PCR negative.
