Montana\u2019s stay-at-home order expired on July 31 and the subsequent opening of campgrounds and several community events and gatherings resulted in a 63-fold increase in cases on the Reservation through September. On September 28, the stay-at-home order was re-issued with strict enforcement, after which cases declined.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pratt et al.
