GMT reduction was reduced by 2.8-fold against the pseudovirus with the E484K mutation alone. Among the 12 serum samples collected from fully vaccinated individuals from Argentina, only 1 effectively neutralized the B.1.351 pseudovirus at concentrations present in serum (undilute).
