In analyses adjusted for confounders, COVID-19 diagnosis was associated with a 1.2-fold increase in risk of any adverse pregnancy outcome, including preterm delivery and stillbirth, and a 6.3-fold increase in risk of any maternal complication, including sepsis and shock.
