Risk of fetal death (aOR = 2.2), preterm birth (aOR = 2.2), preeclampsia\/eclampsia (aOR = 1.6), and emergency Cesarean delivery (aOR = 1.6) were all significantly higher among pregnant individuals infected with SARS-CoV-2.
