Chef Lophe's APPLE PASTA SALAD

Here's what we need:

  • 1-1/2 cups pre-cooked Low Protein Rigatini
  • 1 medium apple, diced (150 grams)
  • 1/4 cup Miracle Whip
  • 1/4 teaspoon horseradish
  • 2 lettuce leaves

Here's what we do:

  • Combine Low Protein Rigatini and diced apple.
  • In separate bowl mix together Miracle Whip and horseradish.
  • Blend with rigatini and apples.
  • Refrigerate until ready to eat.
  • Serve on top of lettuce leaves.

Recipe makes 2 servings.
Each serving has 17 mg phe.
