Chef Lophe's BEST EVER MACARONI SALAD

Here's what we need:

  • 3/4 cup pre-cooked low protein macaroni

Then you can add any of the following fruits and vegetables:
  • 1/4 cup chopped carrot (9 mg phe)
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery (6 mg phe)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions (8 mg phe)
  • 6 sliced radishes (6 mg phe)
  • 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms (16 mg phe)
  • 6 chopped black olives (16 mg phe)
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes (8 mg phe)
  • 1/4 cup chopped cucumber (4 mg phe)
  • 1/4 cup green beans (17 mg phe)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped broccoli (16 mg phe)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper (10 mg phe)
  • 1/4 cup chopped waterchestnuts (12 mg phe)
  • 1/4 cup diced apples (free)
  • 1/4 cup chopped pickles (8 mg phe)

Here's what we do:

  • In a large bowl, mix 3/4 cups of the cooled low protein macaroni with your choice of fruit or vegetables.
  • You can top off your salad with this delcious dressing.

Creamy Dressing (11 mg phe):

In a small bowl mix together:

  • 1 teaspoon Miracle Whip
  • 1/4 cup Mocha Mix non-dairy creamer
  • Season with celery salt, onion salt, or garlic salt
Remember to add up the phes!
