Chef Lophe's CINNAMON GRAHAM CRACKERS

Here's what we need:

  • One low protein cinnamon graham cracker (2"x3") (free)
  • 3 tablespoons applesauce (free) & 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (free) or
  • 2 tablespoons confectionary sugar (free) & 1 tablespoon Mocha Mix non-dairy creamer (free) or
  • 1 tablespoon Mocha Mix non-dairy ice cream (6 mg phe) & 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (free) or
  • 1 tablespoon Cool Whip non-dairy topping (2 mg phe) & 1 tablespoon (16 grams) crushed pineapple (2 mg phe)

    Here's what we do:

    • Take cinnamon graham crackers from freezer, let thaw or warm in microwave for 30 seconds.
    • Mix together any of the above toppings.
    • Spread over the graham crackers.

      Be sure to add up your phes.
      The cinnamon graham crackers are free!
