Chef Lophe's Red Baron Freeze

Here's what we need:

  • 2 cups non-dairy Cool Whip
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup (128 grams) frozen strawberries or 1/2 cup frozen raspberries (124 grams)

Here's what we do:

  • Thaw berries so they can be broken into small pieces.
  • Put whipped topping, berries, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla into the blender.
  • Whip until smooth.
  • Pour into tall glasses.

Recipe makes 1 serving.
Each serving has 26 mg phe.
