Here's what we need:

  • 1 slice Wel-Plan low protein bread
  • 2 tablespoons of Ragu Quick Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of sliced mushrooms (13 gms)
  • 1 tablespoon of sliced green onions (6 gms)
  • 1 small chopped black olive

Here's what we do:

  • Spread Ragu sauce over bread.
  • Place mushrooms, onions, and olives on top of Ragu sauce.
  • Broil in oven for 5 minutes, until warm.
